O.16.51 Leave Salary:

A person on earned leave and commuted leave is entitled pay and
allowances at the rate as on the day before the leave commences.
A person on extraordinary leave is not entitled to any leave salary.
O.16.52 If an increment falls due during leave, other than extraordinary, leave, the
effect of increase in pay shall be given from the date of increment. If on
extraordinary leave, the date of increment shall be shifted forward to the
extent of the period of such leave.
