A statement of the total amount at the credit of each subscriber shall be<br />

furnished to him/her once at the beginning of each year.<br />

The Board of Management may, under such conditions as may be laid<br />

down in rules, permit the payment of premium of life insurance polity or<br />

policies on the life of a subscriber out of the Provident Fund Account.<br />

8. A subscriber at the termination of his/her service shall be entitled to receive<br />

the amount which accumulates to his/her credit: -<br />

Provided that the University shall be entitled to receive as the first charge<br />

from the amount for the time being to the credit of any loss damage at any<br />

time sustained by the University by reason of his/her dishonesty of<br />

negligence, but not exceeding in any case the total amount of contribution<br />

credited to his/her account by the University and of any interest which has<br />

accrued to such contribution.<br />

9. On a subscriber’s death, the amount to his/her credit shall be paid to the<br />

persons duly nominated by him/her or when no such nomination is made<br />

his/her legal heir or heirs.<br />

No final withdrawal shall be allowed until the termination of the subscriber’s<br />

service of his/her death, but in case of necessity of which the Board of<br />

Management shall be sole judge, the Vice/Chancellor may allow a subscriber<br />

to make temporary withdrawal of a sum not exceeding the total amount<br />

subscribed by him/her.<br />

Recoveries towards the amount advanced shall be made in monthly<br />

installments not exceeding thirty, as may be decided by the Board of<br />

Management at the second payment of a full month’s salary after the advance<br />

is granted but no recovery shall be made from the subscriber when he/she<br />

is on leave otherwise than on full pay.<br />

When a subscriber has already taken an advance he/she shall be eligible<br />

for a fresh advance only twice in a year and the balance if any, be adjusted<br />

in the new advance.<br />

Necessary no dues certificate shall be obtained of the final payment of P.F.<br />

money to an ex-employee or his/her nominee or heir/heirs as the case may<br />

be.<br />

The Vice-Chancellor may allow a subscriber to make temporary withdrawal<br />

of a sum not exceeding 75% of the total amount in his/her P.F. Account for<br />

registration in Rajasthan Housing Board/U.I.T./Co-operative Housing
