(c) Moderation:<br />

The moderation of question papers shall be done preferably by the Convener<br />
of the subject concerned and/or by a subject expert or moderator with the<br />
approval of the Vice-Chancellor.<br />
(d) Functions of Moderator:<br />
The moderator shall look into inconsistency of any kind like translations,<br />
question(s) out of syllabus, distribution of marks etc., in the question paper<br />
and make the corrections wherever necessary.<br />

The Term-End Examinations shall ordinarily be conducted twice a<br />
year in each course for each programme on announced dates in<br />
the months of June and December and at such places as may be<br />
notified by the University from time to time. A student who has<br />
pursued the course of study for the required duration shall be<br />
eligible to appear at the Term-End Examination in the course<br />
concerned.<br />
The examination form shall be filled in by the student with the<br />
admission form. To appear in the due courses, each student shall<br />
be required to fill in the examination form and submit the same<br />
along with the prescribed fee at the concerned Regional Centre<br />
before the prescribed last dates as mentioned below:<br />

June 1 - 30 April 10 May<br />
December 1 - 31 October 10 November<br />
The examination forms so collected shall be forwarded by the<br />
Director, Regional Centres, to the Examination section of the<br />
University.
