safety statistics, including details of any hazardous incidents and
activities relating to environmental aspects and public relations;
details and duration of adverse weather conditions;
a revised working programme and comparisons of actual and planned
progress, in accordance with Sub-Clause 8.3 [Contract Programme],
with details of any events or circumstances which may jeopardise the
completion in accordance with the Contract and the Contract
Programme, and the measures being (or to be) adopted to overcome
or mitigate any delays; and
any other matters as may be set out in the Contract or other
information reasonably required by the Employer or the Employer's
Representative from time to time.
(e)
If the Contractor fails to submit a monthly progress report in accordance with
this Sub-Clause 4.21, the Employer may, in its absolute discretion, withhold
payments due to the Contractor until such monthly progress report has been
submitted.
4.22 Security of the Site

Unless otherwise stated in the Contract:

the Contractor shall be responsible for keeping unauthorised persons off the
Site. Authorised persons shall be limited to the Contractor's Personnel and
the Employer's Personnel and any other personnel notified to the Contractor,
by the Employer or the Employer's Representative, as authorised personnel
of the Employer or the Employer's other contractors on the Site; and
the security and safety of the Site, the Contractor’s Equipment, the
Employer’s Equipment, Plant, Materials and all other property or personnel on
the Site is the sole responsibility of the Contractor.

The Contractor shall confine its operations to the Site, and to any additional
areas which are directly required by the Contractor to execute the Works and
which are agreed by the Employer's Representative as working areas. The
Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to keep the Contractor's
Equipment and the Contractor's Personnel within the Site and those
additional areas, and to keep them off adjacent land.
The Contractor shall not use any part of the Site for any purpose not
connected with the execution of the Works without the prior written approval
of the Employer. The Contractor shall not destroy, damage or pull down any
tree, hedge, wall or building outside the area occupied by the Permanent
