4A.28 Allow for providing all necessary safety measures to
workmen. The contractor shall submit his
comprehensive safety plan with description and
number in each safety device and other safety
equipment proposed. The Engineer's Representative
has the right to determine a percentage on each
monthly bill as due to the Contractor, or he may
suspend, reduce or delete the item from any Contract
Payment if, in the opinion of the Employer’s
Representative, the Contractor is not fulfilling his
obligations. month 5
4A.29 Allow for employing suitably qualified and
experienced technical personnel on full time basis
for contract and proper execution of contract work at
the site. The Contractor shall employ such technical
personnel as specified in the Conditions of Contracts.
