The following soft landscaping work shall be
carried out generally in accordance with
Architectural Specifications.

Ground Work
Examine the areas and conditions under which
site work is performed. Do not proceed with the
work until unsatisfactory conditions are corrected.
Consult the records and drawings of adjacent
work and of existing services and utilities which
may affect site work operations.
Coordinate work as needed with other work in
adjacent areas.

Unless other wise stated, Rate shall include for:
Transpotation to and within site, loading,
unloading, hoisting and handling.
Supply and planting of all trees plants shrubs or
grasing as per specification and as directed.

suitable temporary guard fencing round planted
trees and shading as required.

Providing protection and keeping under shade
and suitable conditions all trees, plants and
