Do not proceed with the work until unsatisfactory conditions are corrected. Consult the records and drawings of adjacent work and of existing services and utilities which may affect site work operations. Coordinate work as needed with other work in adjacent areas Excavation trenches for the services including water supply, waste, sewer, storm water and Electrical installation are measured elsewhere Note Note Note Note (a) Unless other wise stated, Rate shall include for: Double handling and disposal of surplus excavated material as directed. Note (b) Any additional excavation for working space. Note () (c) Dredging, dewatering and disposal of surface water keeping all excavations and other working areas free from rain / ground water and percolating water by pumping or otherwise until completion of works. Unit Excavation and Site Clearing 7P1.1 Allow for site clearing over work area according to the site plan, including selective removal of all unwanted vegetation, done in consultation with the Employer's Representative. rate shall include for grubbing up of small trees having girth not exceeding 500 mm and removal of all debris off site as directed. (Provisional quantity ) 15 m² 7P1.2 Provisional quantity for removing top soil to an approximate depth not more than 250mm from existing ground level, including leveling and removal of surplus as directed by the Engineer.
