The Tenderer shall read, understand and acquaint
himself with the requirements in the conditions of
contract Parts I & II, General Specification of work,
Particular Specifications of Work, Instruction to
Tenderers, Bidding Data, Tender Form, Appendix to
Tender and preamble notes. It is the Tenderer's
responsibility to see that their price includes for
compliance with all the above requirements whether
specifically referred to in the Bills of Quantities or
otherwise. Note

Cost and expenses in connection with providing any
protective netting, fencing, screens, barricades, railing,
walk-ways at site and any other safety precautions to
the required standard, is deemed to be included in the
tender rates unless otherwise measured separately.
Allow for all costs and expenses for complying with the
General Conditions of contract and Specification.

4A.1 Allow for setting out of works on leveled ground, in
accordance with drawings liaise with client to establish
exact boundaries and other written information given
by the Engineer and obtain written approval from the
Relevant Government authorities for setting out, street
and building lines before commencements of
construction. Also to make and maintain permanent
bench marks of the setting out and obtaining the
Certificate of Completion (CoC) from the Local
Authority. The checking of any setting out or of any
line or level by the Engineer shall not in any way
relieve the Contractor of his responsibility for the
accuracy thereof. item 1
4A.2 Provision of safety barricades including providing
luminous warning tapes round open trenches, night
lighting, sign boards, providing domed canopy of
corrugated metal over the parts of open trenches,
provision of prefabricated walkways across the open
trenches with suitable deck and protective handrails
and any other safety measures as indstructed by the
Employer's Representative. item 1
4A.3 Allow for means of necessary noise and dust control
as per the requirement under the Contract and to the
approval by the Employer's Representative.

and material as necessary and as per the requirement
laid under the Contract, to the satisfaction of the
