department concerned with initiating the process of apportionment is also indicted. This<br />

department concerned will be the department, normally which incurred these expenses as<br />

common expenses, the department which would give the apportionment statement of the<br />

expenses incurred by it as a common expenses amongst various projects / depts. etc. of<br />

YASHADA as indicated therein in the accompanying statement.<br />

This expenses allocation shall be done by the concerned departments after the figures of<br />

expenses for a quarter are made available by the Accounts Department, within a month of<br />

closure of the quarter concerned and shall be indicated to all concerned for incorporation<br />

of these expenses in the expenditure of project / deptt. / institute. The Financial and<br />

Accounts branch will take into account this apportionment, while arriving at the financial<br />

status in entirety of the project/department/institute.<br />

These guidelines of allocation / apportionment of expenses are to be given immediate<br />

effect. Further additions, clarifications to these guidelines, if any, shall be issued as and<br />

when such occasion arises.<br />
