Points of Action<br />

1. Registrar to issue separate letters indicating establishment of the Institute for<br />

Productive and Empowered Old Age (IPEOA) to the designated HoD along with<br />

instructions regarding maintenance of letterheads, rubber-stamps, dispatch<br />

registers, file numbers etc. among other administrative procedures.<br />

2. Registrar to issue separate letters to designated Head of Departments of IPEOA<br />

with specific mention about reporting to Director General, YASHADA.<br />

3. Follow-up action regarding staffing pattern and filling up of posts at the IPEOA<br />

as proposed and approved at the XXXIInd BoG on 22 January <strong>2004</strong> may be<br />

initiated by Registrar at the earliest. A status report may be submitted to Director<br />

General on a weekly basis.<br />

4. Registrar may coordinate with Director General in framing the recruitment rules<br />

for the Faculty Positions at IPEOA if special qualifications are required.<br />

5. The designated HoD for IPEOA may coordinate with Office of Director General<br />

to ensure a suitable weekly slot for review of the activities of the newly<br />

established Centre.<br />
