General for each activity on a case to case basis.<br />

Implementation:<br />

1. On receipt of this <strong>Policy</strong> Circular, all functional heads will operationalise the<br />

reporting system by issuing necessary internal orders.<br />

2. Designated individuals may initiate action to identify colleagues, and form Core<br />

Groups and Task Forces etc to achieve their objectives and assigned goals.<br />
