• To consider innovative methods and initiatives in the training and<br />
infrastructure administration of the Academy received from time to time<br />
on occasions other than the Think Tank Meetings.<br />
3. Weekly Review Meetings of all Departments, Centres and Cells as per the weekly<br />
slots allotted in the schedule approved by the Director General.<br />
• To review Participant's Representatives and Recognized Trainer approaches by<br />
Department / Centre / Cell and the status of its implementation.<br />
• To record status of sponsored training programmes, workshops and seminars<br />
being sourced from other agencies.<br />
• To review status of proposals and accomplishment of work on Action Research<br />
Projects.<br />
• To review status of proposals and accomplishment of work on Consultancy<br />
Projects<br />
• To record systems improvement and standards established concerning ISO 9001.<br />
• To review progress in regard to collaboration with Departmental Coordinators.<br />
• To receive note on activities undertaken so far and those proposed to be<br />
undertaken.<br />
Guidelines<br />
In the event that the Monthly Faculty Meeting or the Monthly Think Tank Meeting<br />
overlaps with a Public Holiday or any other important or unforeseen event, the meeting<br />
will be preponed to the immediately preceding working day and will be conducted in the<br />
same time-slot.<br />
It may be noted by all concerned that subsequent to this <strong>Policy</strong> Circular there would be<br />
no need for any official letter or intimation to invite the concerned officers and staff to<br />
attend the meetings.<br />
The above decisions are being brought to the notice of ail concerned.<br />
