Replacing bulbs 09<br />

Fog lamps<br />

Removing the bulb holder<br />

– Press the bulb holder into place and refit<br />

the cover (A or B).<br />

NOTE<br />

If the error message BULB FAILURE/<br />

CHECK STOP LAMP remains after a faulty<br />

bulb has been replaced then consult an authorised<br />

<strong>Volvo</strong> workshop.<br />

– Switch off all lights and turn the ignition<br />

key to position 0.<br />

– Remove the panel from around the lamp<br />

housing.<br />

– Remove the two Torx screws securing the<br />

lamp housing and take out the lamp housing.<br />

– Unplug the connector from the bulb.<br />

– Turn the bulb anticlockwise and pull it out.<br />

– Fit the new bulb and turn it clockwise.<br />

– Plug in the connector to the bulb.<br />

– Secure the lamp housing with the screws<br />

and press the panel back into place.<br />

– All bulbs in the rear lamp cluster can be<br />

changed from inside the cargo area.<br />

– Switch off all lights and turn the ignition<br />

key to position 0.<br />

– Remove the cover (A or B) in the left/righthand<br />

panel to access the bulbs.<br />

– These bulbs are located in separate bulb<br />

holders.<br />

– Unplug the connector from the bulb holder.<br />

– Squeeze together the catches and remove<br />

the bulb holder.<br />

– Replace the bulb.<br />

– Plug in the connector.<br />
