• CENTER 1 – Centre speaker level. Three<br />
channel stereo or Pro Logic II must be<br />
activated before adjustment is possible.<br />

Activating/deactivating the subwoofer<br />
– Press MENU and then ENTER.<br />
– Scroll to Audio settings and<br />
press ENTER.<br />
– Scroll to Subwoofer and press ENTER.<br />
Surround<br />
Surround settings 1 govern the spatial<br />
perception of the sound. Settings<br />
and activating/deactivating<br />
are separate for each audio source.<br />
The Dolby icon in the display indicates that<br />
Dolby Pro Logic II is active. There are three<br />
different settings for surround sound:<br />
• Pro Logic II<br />
• 3 channel<br />
• Off – 2-channel stereo.<br />
Activating/deactivating surround sound<br />
– Press MENU and then ENTER.<br />
– Scroll to Audio settings and<br />
press ENTER.<br />
– Scroll to Surround FM/AM/CD/AUX and<br />
press ENTER.<br />
– Scroll to Pro Logic II 2 , 3 channel or Off<br />
and press ENTER.<br />
Equalizer front/rear<br />
The equalizer 3 can be used to adjust different<br />
frequency bands separately.<br />
Adjusting equalizer<br />
– Press MENU and then ENTER.<br />
– Scroll to Audio settings and<br />
press ENTER.<br />
– Scroll to Equalizer front or Equalizer rear<br />
and press ENTER.<br />
– The graphic on the display indicates the<br />
audio level of the frequency in question.<br />
– Adjust the level with TUNING (4) or up/<br />
down on the navigation button. Additional<br />
frequencies can be selected using the left/<br />
right navigation button.<br />
– Use ENTER to save or EXIT to close.<br />
Automatic volume control<br />
The auto volume control function allows the<br />
audio volume to increase as the speed of the<br />
