Description: Proposed is the total reconstruction
of this section of Aurora Avenue in 2015+.
Justification: On a scale of 100, this segment of
roadway has an OCI (Overall Condition Index) of
15.9, which is one of the lowest condition ratings
for a concrete road in Urbandale. This road was
overlaid during the summer of 2006, in
anticipation of reconstruction in 2015+.
Project Status: The project is in the development
stage and preliminary plans are not completed.
Effect on Operating Budget: Decrease due to
the elimination of pavement repairs.
