Description: Proposed is the concrete patching
and a three inch asphalt overlay of 100 th Street
from Hickman Road to Douglas Avenue.
Justification: In 2013, this street will be over 20
years old and in need of patching and overlay.
Project Status: This project is in the planning
stage. In Summer, 2009, the City approved an
IDOT agreement for Federal stimulus funding and
STP funding to advance this project from 2013 to
2010.
Effect on Operating Budget: Will reduce
general maintenance by $500 per year.
