Description: Proposed is the construction of the
first two lanes of a future four-lane roadway for
Meredith Drive beginning at 170 th Street and
extending west to 184 th Street. The City of Clive
would pay for 50% of this project, since the south
side of Meredith Drive is all in Clive.
Justification: Meredith Drive is a major east/west
arterial and will provide access for this area as
development occurs.
Project Status: The project is in the development
stage and preliminary plans are not completed.
Effect on Operating Budget: Minimal decrease
due to the elimination of an asphalt street and
ditches.
