Description: Proposed is the construction of a
four lane roadway for Meredith Drive, beginning
at 128 th Street and extending west to 142nd Street.
Justification: Meredith Drive is a major
east/west arterial and will provide access for this
area as development occurs.
Project Status: The project is in the development
stage and preliminary plans are not completed.
Approximately one-half of this project is in the
City of Grimes.
Effect on Operating Budget: Minimal decrease
due to the elimination of an asphalt street and
ditches.
