Windows XP<br />

Proceed as follows to configure the <strong>ISDN</strong>-<strong>Controller</strong> <strong>B1</strong> <strong>PCI</strong><br />

<strong>v4.0</strong> for a point-to-point BRI:<br />

1. Select “start / Control Panel / Performance and Maintenance<br />

/ System”. On the “Hardware dialog page, click<br />

the Device Manager” button.<br />

2. Click the plus sign “+” next to “Network adapters” to<br />

expand the node.<br />

3. Click the entry “<strong>AVM</strong> <strong>ISDN</strong>-<strong>Controller</strong> <strong>B1</strong> <strong>PCI</strong>” with the<br />

right mouse button.<br />

4. Click the “Properties” command and select the “Advanced”<br />

page.<br />

5. On this page, enable the option “Enable Support for<br />

<strong>ISDN</strong> point-to-point BRI (with direct-dial capability<br />

[DDI])”.<br />

6. Confirm your choices by clicking “OK”.<br />

7. Restart your computer.<br />

Windows 2000<br />

Proceed as follows to configure the <strong>ISDN</strong>-<strong>Controller</strong> <strong>B1</strong> <strong>PCI</strong><br />

<strong>v4.0</strong> for a point-to-point BRI:<br />

1. Select “Start / Settings / Control Panel / System”. On<br />

the “Hardware dialog page, click the Device Manager...”<br />

button.<br />

2. Click the plus sign “+” next to “Network adapters” to<br />

expand the node.<br />

3. Click the entry “<strong>AVM</strong> <strong>ISDN</strong>-<strong>Controller</strong> <strong>B1</strong> <strong>PCI</strong>” with the<br />

right mouse button.<br />
