AVM provides numerous sources of information to assist you
should any questions or problems arise. Whether manuals,
updates or support—here you will find the important information
you need.
In many cases problems which arise during operation can be
resolved by installing the current Microsoft Service Pack for
your operating system. The current service pack can be obtained
free of charge from Microsoft.
16.1 Product Documentation
To take advantage of all commands and features of your
ISDN-Controller, consult the following product documentation:
� User's manual
A printed user's manual is included in the ISDN-Controller
B1 PCI v4.0 package and a PDF file is available in the
“INFO\MANUAL” folder on the installation CD.
You can install the Acrobat reader to view PDF documents
from the INFO\ACROBAT folder of the installation
CD.
� AVM ISDN Tools manual
This manual describes the AVM ISDN-Tools and is
stored in PDF format in the INFO\MANUAL folder on the
installation CD.
� Readme
The Readme file in the "AVM" program group contains
current information which was not yet available at the
time the manual was completed. The Readme file is included
on the installation CD.
