Mobile Device Inventory Tab<br />

The Mobile Device Inventory tab shows a set of mobile devices based on the<br />

currently selected item in the Navigation Window. For example, when you<br />

select a particular location, all mobile devices that are associated with that<br />

location appear in the list. The following default information is provided for<br />

each mobile device:<br />

Model Name<br />

Terminal ID<br />

MAC Address<br />

IP Address<br />

Status<br />

The model name of the mobile device.<br />

The unique ID automatically generated by<br />

<strong>Avalanche</strong>.<br />

The Media Access Control address of a mobile<br />

device. This address uniquely identifies this mobile<br />

device on a network from a physical standpoint.<br />

The Internet Protocol address assigned to the mobile<br />

device.<br />

The client update status of the mobile device. A<br />

check mark indicates that the mobile device is up‐todate,<br />

while an X indicates that an update is available<br />

but not yet loaded on the device.
