• If you want to forward alerts to a proxy address, click Add in the<br />

Profiled Proxies region.<br />

The Proxy Address dialog box appears.<br />

Enter the proxy address and click OK. The address will appear in the<br />

Profiled Proxies list.<br />

7 Save your changes.<br />

Your alert profile will notify the server and any proxies or e‐mail<br />

addresses when any of the selected events occur.<br />

Alert Profile Authorized <strong>User</strong>s<br />

You can add authorized users for all alert profiles or enable a user for a<br />

specific alert profile. For information on adding an authorized user, see<br />

Chapter 5: Managing <strong>User</strong> Accounts on page 43.<br />

Viewing Where Alert Profiles Are Applied<br />

When you have selected an alert profile, the Applied To tab allows you to see<br />

exactly where the profile is applied. You cannot change of the information in<br />

this tab. For information on applying a profile, refer to Assigning Profiles on<br />

page 56.<br />

The Applied To tab displays the following information:<br />

• Parent Path. The direct path back to the My Enterprise region.<br />

• Group. The name of the Server Location or site where the profile is<br />

applied.<br />

• Selection Criteria. Any selection criteria that are applicable where the<br />

profile is applied.<br />

To view where an alert profile is applied:<br />

1 From the Profiles tab, select the alert profile you want to view.<br />

2 Click the Applied To tab.<br />

The tab displays the information for the selected profile.
