To modify a control setting:<br />

A) Choose PROCESSING PAR<strong>AM</strong>ETERS from the EDIT menu.<br />

B) Select menu tabs for LESS-MORE, Stereo Enhancer, and EQ to access Basic<br />

Modify controls. All other menu tabs contain Full or Advanced Modify controls.<br />

You can reset any Basic Modify Control without losing LESS-MORE functionality;<br />

Full and Advanced modify control adjustments will cause LESS-<br />

MORE to be grayed-out.<br />

To set a control, click it (it will become highlighted) and then adjust it by<br />

dragging it with the mouse or moving the wheel on the mouse.<br />

You can also use the + and – keys on the numeric keypad to adjust any<br />

control.<br />

To recall a preset:<br />

A) Choose RECALL PRESET from the FILE menu to bring up the OPEN PRESET FILE<br />

dialog box.<br />

B) Click the desired preset within the dialog box to select it.<br />

C) Double-click the desired preset or select it and click the RECALL PRESET button<br />

to put it on-air.<br />

Continually clicking the RECALL PRESET button will toggle between the<br />

current and previous on-air presets.<br />

D) Click DONE to dismiss the OPEN PRESET FILE dialog box.<br />

The folder on your hard drive containing the preset files (both Factory<br />

and User) is automatically synchronized to the contents of its associated<br />

<strong>9400</strong>’s memory each time <strong>9400</strong> PC Remote connects to that <strong>9400</strong>. The<br />

<strong>9400</strong>’s memory is the “master.” This means that if you delete a user preset<br />

from the <strong>9400</strong>’s memory (whether locally via its front panel or via<br />

<strong>9400</strong> PC Remote), <strong>9400</strong> PC Remote will automatically erase this preset<br />

from this folder on your computer. To archive a preset permanently, you<br />

must use the Backup function (see page 3- 64).<br />

To import an HD preset:<br />

A) Choose IMPORT HD CONTROLS from the FILE menu to bring up the IMPORT HD<br />

CONTROLS dialog box.<br />

B) With the mouse, highlight the desired HD preset.<br />

C) Click IMPORT.
