The Islamic Fiqh Council draws the attention of the Muslimsall over the world that communism is totally against Islam, andembracing the communist ideology means the rejection ofAllah’s religion which He has chosen for His servants, becausecommunism aims at destroying the Islamic ideals and ethicalvalues while Islam which is the final of the heavenly messageswas sent to bring the people out of darkness and provide them acomprehensive way of life, which covers all the social, cultural,economic and political aspects, and Islam will remain a basis toget rid of all evils that divide Muslims and destroys their unity..That is why the religion of Islam has been the main target ofthe dangerous onslaught of communism and socialism in order toundermine its teachings and values. The Islamic Fiqh Councilrecommends to the Muslim countries and communities to be alertand prepared to encounter the menace of this ideologicalonslaught and resist it with all the following means:a) To review as soon as possible all the educational curricula andprogrammes which are applied now, in order to get rid of allthe atheist and communist ideas being spread in Muslimcountries by some so-called Muslims who include teachers,authors and others.b) To review as soon as possible all the vital governmentagencies especially those related to media, economy, internaland external trade as well as the local administration in orderto clean and restructure them on the real Islamic foundations.c) To urge the Muslim countries and communities to work for theestablishment of specialized educational institutions thatprepare the dedicated Da'wah workers who can confront thisonslaught through various means. It is expected that with theabundance of such educational institutions and Da'wah33
