It willequip students with Design Thinking skillsto enable them to effectively conceive newproducts and services, thereby meetingpeople’s needs in a technologically feasibleand commercially viable way. The courseis designed to impart sufficient breadthof electrical and electronics engineeringknowledge while allowing students greatflexibility in choosing their preferredspecialisations.The key advantage of this course is itsflexibility. It offers several option pathsfor students to choose and customise theircurriculum according to individual interestsand abilities. It also offers students thechance to take additional advanced modulesthat will give them an edge when theyprogress to university. Students who cancope will also be invited to join the diplomaplusprogramme and graduate with anadditional diploma-plus certificate.Students who are keen in Design and workingon Multidisciplinary Projects can opt for theMultidisciplinary Project (MDP) track in theirsecond year.
