SERVICE DELIVERY MECHANISM:Access to the service as and when required.COST OF SERVICES:The annual charge for the service is:Nursery: £180Primary: £250Special £250Secondary £300Additional charges:Out of hours emergency alarm response/call out £80 per occasionSERVICE STANDARDS & HOW GOOD PERFORMANCE WILL BE MEASURED:• All phone calls will be dealt with within 3 working days.• Letters and e-mails will be responded to within 5 working days if necessary indicating thatmore time is required for a full response.• Performance will be measured as good when- technical advice on buildings issues is accurate and prompt.- Emergency planning procedures are in place and understood by all.MONITORING AND EVALUATIONService standards are monitored through the relevant service plans.SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES• Ensuring that the site and buildings are managed in an appropriate manner so thatstaff/pupils/other users can operate in a healthy and safe environmentCOMPLAINTS/DISPUTESIf dissatisfied with any aspect of the service received the complaints procedure at the back of thisbooklet should be followed.
