The S.L.A. title“Duty to Manage” is taken from an H.S.E. initiative regarding responsibilities formanaging property risks etc.2. Academies may commission Property Services direct or seek these servicesfrom the private sector.3. Failure to ensure the engagement of competent professionals to discharge thelegal duties within these services will be a breach of legislation.4.
