GERMAR RUDOLF, RESISTANCE IS OBLIGATORYFirst of all, article 18, paragraph 3, clause 1 of this law prohibits theindexing of media merely due to their political or ideological content,among other things. Yet regarding media suspected to be “right-wing”in nature, the Assessment Agency does exactly that, as has also beencriticized by the afore-quoted Prof. Jesse. It is therefore in my view notI who breaks the laws here but the Assessment Agency. The reasonsthat can lead to an indexing of a medium to begin with are listed in article15 of that law. The first four reasons are clearly defined, amongwhich especially pornography, glorification of warfare, and depictionsof violence are perfectly comprehensible. This is different with the fifthreason, however. According to this, media can be indexed which are“obviously capable of severely endangering the development ofchildren and adolescents or their education toward personalitieswhich are responsible for themselves and socially competent.”This phrase is so undefined and imprecise that it is not clear to mewhat kind of media could be affected by this. It is also not understandablehow this fuzzy feature can somehow be “obvious.” Such a rubberlaw readily invites to political misuse and is therefore absolutely unacceptable.But more than anything else it is a mystery to me how criticalliterature about historical topics could possibly be capable of severelyendangering the development of minors toward socially competent personalities.In order to clarify the potential political misuse for you, permit me toinsert a completely different observation. As should be generally knownin the meantime due to various news reports and discussion in the public,the original, indigenous population in Germany is decreasing dramatically.The same phenomenon, which one could also call a demographiccollapse due to its speed, can also be observed in many otherEuropean countries. Many of the current societal problems have theircause in it, like for instance the instability of pension funds, the explosionof healthcare and nursing costs, as well as the mass immigrationfrom abroad, which is claimed to be a necessary demographic compensation,with all the resulting social, political, and economical upheavals.The reason for this demographic collapse is the fact that the secondgeneration in a row refuses to show the most important of all social behaviorsessential for the physical maintenance of a community, namelyfounding families and having children. This radical change of behavioris driven by the ideology of self-realization as an isolated individual,that is to say, by the ideology of egotism and egocentrism, which has130
