Since the 2nd Superior PenalChamber of the Mannheim District Court dealing with this case hadindicated that it will sentence the defendant Rudolf to five years imprisonment,should further motions to introduce evidence be filed in thedefense of Rudolf, whereas the instant cessation of any defense activitywould lead to a sentence of “only” 2½ years, this expert report was notintroduced to exonerate the defendant.
