Dueto numerous objections in the revisionist literature, which challengessubstantial parts of the literature published so far, it was irresponsibleto establish an expert report on this.In the course of researching the literature it moreover turned outthat only a relatively small body of scientific literature is juxtaposedby a considerably larger number of anecdotal reports or non-scientificsummaries. Numerous contradictions, plagiarisms, omissionsand incomplete use of source have been ascertained.Furthermore substantial doubts about fundamental questionshave been reinforced due to acquittals in pertinent trials, caused bythe introduction of expert reports during domestic and foreigncourts.
