If it were different, no genocide wouldever have happened in the history of mankind – if we for once ignorethe case dealt with here – because for none of the other mega-crimeslabeled as genocide homicidal gas chambers are claimed to have been174 Now replaced by art. 6 of the Völkerstrafgesetzbuch VStGB (international penal code).158
