I beg for your understanding. WorkwiseI unfortunately keep being a drop-out for the time being, as I haveto lie and take it easy.But now to the point: Already decades ago and almost simultaneouslywith Prof. Haverbeck I performed an assessment of the works byHerr Rudolf in terms of correct scientific methods, which Herr Rudolfhas also published in one of his journals. By us not an official expertreport, as not requested, but a deliberate support and affirmation of hiswork initiated already at that time. I cannot remember anymore whenand where it appeared. It is beyond dispute that Herr Rudolf meets theformal criteria. To insinuate anything else would be pure malice! Oneought to ask rather, how a court can justify the term of so-called “selfevidence”as one that can be used scientifically.Since I have been a heart patient for three years (with daily ???) andmy availability for a public appearance remains questionable with thecurrent health condition and hindrance of mobility, I am currently certainlynot the convincing and usable expert witness. For this, too, I begyour understanding.In this context I spontaneously recall the jurist Prof. Dr. Dr. Dr. h.c.Klaus Sojka (see attached reference), who could be approached in thematter?!
