CBRE | ST GEORGE SOUTH LONDON LTD9.0 Section 106 agreement HEADS OF TERMS9.1 In addition to the provision of the planning and regeneration benefits directlygenerated by the proposed development, the Applicant is working with LB Southwarkto agree an appropriate package of Section 106 contributions.Financial Contributions9.2 It is anticipated that the Heads of Terms for the Section 106 Agreement couldinclude financial contributions to a number of areas. Included at Appendix B of thisPlanning Statement is a schedule of potential areas of contribution and indicativelevels of contribution. The areas of contribution and financial amounts are indicativeand may be subject change as a result of further discussions between the Applicantand the relevant authorities.9.3 The potential areas and indicative levels of financial contribution have beeninformed by various factors including: LB Southwark’s S106 Toolkit (2012) and LB Southwark’s Section 106 planningobligations SPD (2007) The S106 Contributions of the Implemented Permission Anticipated TfL and LB Southwark highways improvements and potential Section278 requirements for the site Mayoral CIL Current viability assessment9.4 Current assessments estimate S106 financial contributions could be in the region of£8.6million.
