4.2 <strong>The</strong> Answer <strong>of</strong> the Second Question: What are the stated principles for evaluatinginservice training programmes in the light <strong>of</strong> the available contemporary trends?To answer this question, 43 lists distributed into four categories including 10 policy lists,12 studies list, 10 researchers‟ lists, and11 countries survey lists were analyzed, as shownpreviously in chapter three and presented in appendices (1-2-3-4-5). <strong>The</strong> prolonged anddetailed examination <strong>of</strong> the four categories has resulted in choosing 15 common principlesas follows:1.
