It shows that all teachers regardless of their gender appreciate INSET role and theyare convinced of INSET worth and importance in refreshing and enriching their teachingcareers.(B) Years of Teaching Experience Variable“Is there a statistically significant difference at (α ≤ 0.05) between levels of trainees‟satisfaction regarding the inservice training programme due to years of teaching experiencevariable?The researcher used Kruskal-Wallis Test to answer this question.
