To sum up, it can be said the suggested future training programme should make use <strong>of</strong> thepreviously cited 15 principles within the available contemporary trends. Figure (5.2) nextpage presents the different phases and all affecting variables <strong>of</strong> the future suggested trainingprogramme as suggested by the researcher in the light <strong>of</strong> the study findings.As shown in Figure (5.2); the main phases <strong>of</strong> designing the suggested INSET programmeshould be done in the light <strong>of</strong> needs assessment results. Needs assessment paves the way forthe following phases and leads to goals specification, content, training techniques, trainers,and trainees selection. <strong>The</strong> figure also highlights the role <strong>of</strong> evaluation which shouldaccompany all phases. In addition, using the arrows in the figure illustrates the interactiverelationships between all aspects involved within the process <strong>of</strong> designing the suggestedINSET programme.- 174 -
