This programincludes courses in general biology, botany, anatomy, physiology,genetics, microbiology, and research techniques. With the basiccore courses, plus required supporting chemistry, mathematics,and elective biology courses, the biology graduate will beprepared for either the workforce or entrance into professional orgraduate school. The department of Natural and Physical Scienceswelcomes partnerships with appropriate businesses andgovernment agencies to place students into internship positions intheir major or a related field.
