BITRE | Report 115As shown in Figure 3.15b, the low average load factor for regional air routes of 200 kmor less and regional air routes within 200 km to 400 km weighed down the total loadfactor for all regional air routes with 1000 km or less. The load factor for regional airroutes within 200 km were below 50 per cent most of the time, while the load factor forair routes within 200 km to 400 km were below 60 per cent most of time.
