If a 5-digitlevel pallet of adequate weight is available, create an SCF pallet by combiningthe reallocated bundles with the mail that would fall beyond the SCF pallet level.b. Presort softwaredetermines if mail for an ADC service area falls beyond the ADC level if all finer levelpallets are prepared. Reallocation is performed only when there is mail for the ADCservice area that falls beyond the ADC pallet level (e.g., to sacks). Reallocate onlythe minimum number of bundles necessary to create an ADC pallet at the minimumrequired weight.8.12.2 General Rules[5-11-06] Reallocation rules are as follows:a. Bundle preparation is not affected by the reallocation process. Reallocate onlycomplete bundles and only the minimum number of bundles necessary tocreate an ADC pallet meeting the minimum pallet weight.
