Line 1: use L201; for mail originating in ZIP Code areas in Column A, use“MXD” followed by the city, state, <strong>and</strong> 3-digit ZIP Code prefix in thecorresponding row in Column C (use “MXD” instead of “OMX” in thedestination line <strong>and</strong> ignore Column B).2. Line 2: “FCM FLTS BC/NBC WKG.”9.2.1 Basic St<strong>and</strong>ardsBundles of nonletter-size pieces in an automation rate mailing must be cosackedwith bundles of nonletter-size pieces in a Presorted rate mailing under the followingconditions:a. The pieces in the automation rate mailing <strong>and</strong> in the Presorted rate mailing mustbe part of the same mailing job <strong>and</strong> must be reported on the appropriatepostage statement(s).b. The pieces in the mailing job must all be nonletter-size <strong>and</strong> meet any other size<strong>and</strong> mailpiece design requirements applicable to the rate category for whichthey are prepared.c. The automation rate mailing must meet the eligibility criteria in 707.14.0, exceptthat the sacking <strong>and</strong> documentation criteria in 9.2.1, 9.2.4, <strong>and</strong> 9.2.5 must bemet rather than the sacking <strong>and</strong> documentation criteria in 707.25.0.d. The Presorted rate mailing must meet the eligibility criteria in 707.12.0, exceptthat the sacking <strong>and</strong> documentation criteria in 9.2.1, 9.2.4, <strong>and</strong> 9.2.5 must bemet rather than the sacking <strong>and</strong> documentation criteria in 707.25.0.e. The rates for pieces in the automation rate mailing are applied based on thenumber of pieces in the bundle <strong>and</strong> the level of bundle to which they are sortedunder 707.14.0, Automation Rate Eligibility. The rates for pieces in thePresorted rate mailing are based on the number of pieces in the bundle <strong>and</strong> thelevel of sack in which they are placed under 707.12.0, Presorted Rate Eligibility.f. The bundles prepared from the automation rate mailing <strong>and</strong> the bundlesprepared from the Presorted rate mailing must be sorted into the same sacksas described in 9.2.4 <strong>and</strong> 9.2.5.g. A <strong>com</strong>plete, signed, appropriate postage statement(s), using the correct <strong>USPS</strong>form or an approved facsimile, must ac<strong>com</strong>pany each mailing job preparedunder these procedures. In addition to the applicable postage statement,documentation produced by PAVE-certified software or st<strong>and</strong>ardizeddocumentation under 708.1.0 must be submitted with each cosacked mailingjob that describes for each sack sortation level the number of pieces qualifyingfor each applicable automation rate <strong>and</strong> the number of pieces qualifying foreach applicable Presorted rate.h.
