<strong>705</strong><strong>Advanced</strong> <strong>Preparation</strong>: Cotraying <strong>and</strong> Cosacking Bundles of Automation <strong>and</strong> Presorted Flats<strong>705</strong>.9.1.2g. The bundles prepared from the automation rate mailing <strong>and</strong> the bundlesprepared from the Presorted rate mailing must be sorted into the same trays asdescribed in 9.1.4.h. A <strong>com</strong>plete, signed postage statement, using the correct <strong>USPS</strong> form or anapproved facsimile, must ac<strong>com</strong>pany each mailing job prepared under theseprocedures. In addition to the applicable postage statement, documentationproduced by PAVE-certified software or st<strong>and</strong>ardized documentation under708.1.0 must be submitted with each cotrayed mailing job that describes foreach tray sortation level the number of pieces qualifying for each applicableautomation rate <strong>and</strong> the number of pieces qualifying for the Presorted rate.i. Barcoded tray labels under 708.6.0 must be used to label the trays.9.1.2 Bundle <strong>Preparation</strong>Except for mail prepared under the cobundling option in 9.1.3, the automation ratemailing must be bundled <strong>and</strong> labeled under 335.6.5. The Presorted rate mailingmust be bundled <strong>and</strong> labeled under 335.5.0.9.1.3 Optional Cobundling <strong>Preparation</strong>As an option to the basic bundling requirements in 9.1.2, a mailer may choose tocobundle automation rate <strong>and</strong> Presorted rate flat-size pieces, subject to theconditions in 11.0.9.1.4 Tray <strong>Preparation</strong> <strong>and</strong> Labeling[12-7-06] Presorted rate <strong>and</strong> automation rate bundles prepared under 9.1.2 or 9.1.3must be presorted together into trays (cotrayed) in the sequence listed below. Traysmust be labeled using the following information for Lines 1 <strong>and</strong> 2 <strong>and</strong> 335.4.0 forother sack label criteria.a. 5-digit, required, full trays only (no overflow trays); labeling:1. Line 1: use city, state, <strong>and</strong> 5-digit ZIP Code destination (see 335.4.3 formilitary mail).2.
