2005service of the Government of a Partner State or in the service of the<strong>Customs</strong>.(3) The master of any aircraft which has landed, or of any vesselbringing to, for boarding, shall facilitate by all reasonable means theboarding of the aircraft or vessel by the proper officer, and shall causesuch aircraft or vessel to remain stationary for such period as theproper officer may require.(4) A master of an aircraft or vessel who contravenes this sectioncommits an offence and shall be liable-(a) in the case of the master of a vessel of less than two hundredand fifty tons register, to a fine not exceeding two thousanddollars and the vessel in respect of which such offence hasbeen committed shall be liable to forfeiture;(b) in the case of the master of an aircraft or of a vessel of twohundred and fifty tons register or more, to a fine notexceeding five thousand dollars and the aircraft or vessel inrespect of which such offence has been committed may beseized and detained until the fine is paid or securitytherefor given.150.-(1) The master of any aircraft or vessel within or over a PartnerState shall, on being required to do so by the proper officer, departfrom a Partner State within twelve hours of such requirement:Provided that this subsection shall not apply in the case of anyaircraft or vessel that is registered in any of the Partner States.Power torequirevessel,etc., todepart(2) A master of an aircraft or vessel who contravenes subsection (1)shall, unless prevented from complying with such subsection bycircumstances beyond his or her control, the proof whereof shall lie onthe master, commits an offence and shall be liable-(a) Power to search premisesin the case of the master of avessel of less than two hundred and fifty tons register, to afine not exceeding two thousand dollars and the vessel inrespect of which such offence has been committed shall beliable to forfeiture;101
