2005(c) departs from a Partner State without leaving sufficientproperty therein to satisfy the whole amount of the bond;(d) otherwise ceases to have capacity to honour the surety,theCommissioner may require the person giving the bond toenter into fresh security.109.-(1) Where the conditions of any bond have not been compliedwith the Commissioner may by notice in writing require the personwho has given security under it to pay to him or her the amount of thesecurity within fourteen days of the notice; and on failure to complywith the notice, the Commissioner may enforce payment of thesecurity as though it were duty due and unpaid.Enforcementofbond(2) Nothing in this section shall, unless the Commissioner otherwiseallows, discharge the person who has given security under section 108from the obligations entered into by him or her under this Act or underany other law.PART XDUTIESLiability to Duty110.-(1) Duty shall be paid on goods at the rate and in thecircumstances specified in the Protocol.Ratesetc., ofduty(2) Where under the provisions of the appropriate legislation goodsare liable to duty on leaving a Partner State, whether or not such goodsare intended for exportation from a Partner State, this Act shall applyas if such goods on so leaving the Partner State were exported.111.-(1) Goods originating from the Partner States shall beaccorded Community tariff treatment in accordance with the Rules ofOrigin provided for under the Protocol.(2) Customs shall require production of a Certificate of Origin andother documents as proof of origin on goods referred to in subsection(1) above.CommunityTariffTreatment81
