Notwithstanding anything contained in this <strong>Act</strong>, theCommissioner may, in order to meet the exigencies of any special case-(a) permit any goods to be loaded on to, or unloaded and removedfrom, any aircraft or vessel on such days, at such times, at suchplaces, and under such conditions, as the Commissioner may eithergenerally or in any particular case direct;(b) permit the entry of any goods, and the report or clearance of any aircraftor vessel, in such form and manner, and by such person, as theCommissioner may either generally or in particular case direct.248.-(1) Goods imported into a Partner State and are still under<strong>Customs</strong> control, may be-(a) re-exported from a Partner State;(b) destroyed;(c) abandoned.(2) A person re-exporting goods under sub-section (1) shall comply with allnecessary conditions and formalities as prescribed by the Commissionerincluding commercial policy measures.150
