2005(a) the conditions attached to the security have been satisfied;(b) the full duties payable on such goods have been paid inaccordance with this <strong>Act</strong>;(c) such goods are otherwise accounted for to the satisfactionof the proper officer, and any duties due in respect of anydeficiency in such goods not so accounted for have beenpaid.(3) On the arrival of such goods at such other warehouse they shallbe re-warehoused in the same manner as if they were beingwarehoused on the first importation.55.-(1) Where any warehoused goods have been entered for use asstores for any aircraft or vessel, they may be delivered for that purposeto any aircraft or vessel proceeding to a foreign port:Provided that warehoused goods shall not be entered for use asstores for a vessel of less than two hundred and fifty tons registeror be delivered for that purpose.Warehousedgoodsmay bedeliveredas stores(2) Where any warehoused goods are delivered for the purpose ofbeing used as stores for an aircraft or vessel, they shall forthwith be puton board the aircraft or vessel for which they are entered.(3) Where any warehoused goods are dealt with contrary to thissection, then the owner of such goods commits an offence and anygoods in respect of which such offence has been committed shall beliable to forfeiture.56.-(1) The Commissioner may, subject to such conditions as he orshe may impose-(a) permit the owner of any warehoused goods to abandon suchgoods to the <strong>Customs</strong>;(b) permit the owner of any warehoused goods which, in theopinion of the proper officer, are not worth the duty payableon them or have become damaged, or are surplus, byreason of any operations in connection with the goodscarried out under section 51 to destroy such goods; and ineither such case the duty on such goods shall be remitted.Abandonment,etc., ofwarehousedgoods51
