Emissions of CO were determined by the method originally described in Sarvi et al. (2008) and included in<br />

Jalkanen et al. (2012). The methodology describing transient engine loads and their changes were not used and<br />

all CO emissions factors represent steady-state operation and emissions. For main engines, PM was adjusted<br />

for low engine loads (
