How frequently do you travel and
where have you gone so far?
I’ve travelled all around Malaysia for my Dansa project. I have also been
to places like Macau, Taiwan, Thailand, Japan and Australia. But at the
moment, I’m not travelling much.
Experience
Besides Malaysia, where else do you
consider home?
Australia. Partly because my mom is Australian
and as I have studied in Perth, I have considered
the place as my home.
which particular
destinations Have you
travelled to that you want
to revisit again?
The country that I would love to revisit at some
point is London. I just love the vibe there. The
place has vibrant performing arts shows, theatres
and art galleries. I also would love to go to Paris
and Taiwan again. Taiwan is a beautiful country
and the people there are generally polite.
What services and
facilities do you
find most appealing
at KLIA and klia2
and what is your
pre-boarding habit?
When it comes to facilities, they are
definitely the places to eat and visit.
I must say. I usually try to check-in
as early as I can when I’m at the airport. I will then browse
through the local news agent or bookshops to pick up
something to read (if I haven’t already brought something
with me); either a magazine or a book. Then, I’ll make my
way to the boarding gates and wait for the flight.
What do you love most about
travelling and what has
globetrotting taught you?
What I love most about travelling is that you get to see a
totally different way of living in different places. It opens up
your mind as to what’s out there in the world. And when you
travel, you learn a lot about things that you don’t necessarily
pick up from books.
Which country do you really want
to visit in the near future?
~
I would love to go to Russia at some point.
