AXP LOGIC<br />
As the first logic family fully specified at 0.8 V, the Advanced<br />
eXtremely low voltage and Power (AXP) family is a speed<br />
upgrade to the 1.8 V AUP family, but without an increase<br />
in dynamic power dissipation. These devices are ultra-lowpower,<br />
small-footprint solutions for use in 1.2 and 1.2/2.5 V<br />
applications. Supporting a supply range from 0.75 to 2.75 V,<br />
AXP logic supports the trend toward lower-voltage nodes of<br />
1.2 and 0.8 V. All are fully specified from -40 to 85 °C.<br />
