README FIRST
This chapter gives a quick introduction to the most important parts of
"Hormones". The rest of the book is basically a verbose version of this
chapter. You should start by reading this chapter, as it summarises all the
hormones, giving their name, uses, and common side-effects. For more
detailed information you can read their main entries. It’s arranged in
alphabetical order to make it easier to find things.
If you want to know more about endocrinology, you can read Preamble
and also Endocrinology. Or you can jump right in and read your favourite
hormone in this chapter and then click on the hormones name at the end of
its section to jump straight to its main entry.
If you want to know more about the different colour of the side-effects, then
jump to Please note.
