“Nothing in the World (Quite Like a Friend)” is the merry list song
the Genie (voice of Dan Castellaneta) sings in the made-for-video animated
sequel The Return of Jafar (1994). Dale Gonyea and Michael Silversher
wrote the Las Vegas–like production number in which the Genie, having
returned from a trip around the world, lists all the places he’s been but concludes
that none of them compare to true friendship. Aladdin (Brad Kane)
and Jasmine (singing voice of Liz Callaway) join the Genie in the vivacious

(1992).
“Now or Never” is the syncopated pop song written by Matthew Gerrard
and Robbie Nevil for the film sequel High School Musical 3: Senior Year
(2008). With only a few moments left on the clock during the season’s final
basketball game, team captain Troy Bolton (Zac Efron) leads his teammates
in singing this intense number, hoping for one last victory in their
high school basketball careers. Troy’s girlfriend, Gabriella (Vanessa Anne
Hudgens), offers musical and emotional support from the bleachers.
